Imo based human rights activist and social crusader, Citizen Samuelson Iwuoha has dragged the Department of State Services (DSS) to court.

Iwuoha is seeking a restraining order against the DSS for harassments, intimidation, arrest and persistent threat to live.

Penultimate week, gregnwadikeblog.com had reported that Citizen Samuelson Iwuoha blew the whistle against the management of Fidelity Bank which he revealed documents showing that the bank has been defrauding Imo state through tax evasion and sundry corrupt and sharp practices.

Iwuoha claimed that the DSS in Imo has been trailing and visiting his home with intention of getting him arrested and possibly silencing him.

He said he suspects an unholy collaboration between Fidelity Bank management and the DSS in Imo, wondering how the DSS was swift to attempt to arrest him instead of investigating the allegations he had raised against Fidelity Bank with documented evidences.

It is not yet clear as at the time of this report whether the DSS office in Owerri has been served with summon, but information reaching our desk has the Social Crusader threatening to come out with explosive details of documented illegal activities of Fidelity Bank in Imo whenever he is summoned.

“They know why they bare trying to shut me up. I released some information, instead of going to investigate these information they are coming after me. But I will disgrace them in court whenever we meet”, he threatened.
